Autumn Fairy Flower Crown Workshop

Join us in the farm studio for a fun and laid back floral workshop for people of all ages and crafting skills! In this 2 hour long workshop, you will learn different techniques to make your very own everlasting flower crown one aimed at teens and adults, and one for younger hands. All tools and supplies are provided along with hands on instruction from the Wilding Hope team. Participants may want to bring along a pair of gardening gloves to protect their hands.

Light appetizers and delicious mock-tails will be provided and there will be lots of time to chat while working on your floral crown. We’ll also have a photo booth area complete with an everlasting floral installation where you can take portraits wearing your finished crowns. Photos will be available for download following the workshop and are perfect as Easter gifts for the grandparents.

Come and bring a friend or family member (or two or three) along for a fun afternoon of floral crafting. Reduced tickets for teens and children are available but they must be accompanied by an adult attendee. You’ll leave the farm studio with flower crowns to remind you that spring is coming and heart warming photos and warm memories of a day spent with friends and family doing something fun!

We are offering this workshop on two different dates, one in February and one in March. Choose the date that works best for you! Ideally we’d like to have at least 8-10 participants per workshop.

Skills taught in this workshop include professional floral techniques including wiring and wrapping dried botanical materials to create boutonnières, corsages, floral combs, and flower crowns. The workshop will also cover color theory, wearable design planning and material selection for durability.
